CONTINUED REVIEW OF THE 1981 CITY BUDGET The City Council resumed their discussion of the proposed 1981 -1982 Budget: Item No. Administrative Departments Council Action I.A.1. City Administrator Added Asst. CAO position, deleted Staff Writer position. Staff Writer position.to remain until Asst. CAO is hired. Legal Asst. (.7 position) transferred to Admin- istrative Department during this period and then transferred to City Attorney's office on full -time basis after transitional period. I.A.2. City Attorney Added Legal /CAO Asst. position to full time. I.A.3. City Clerk Accepted recommendation I.A.4. Finance Department Accepted recommendation I.A.5. Personnel Department Accepted recommendation Community Development Department I.B.l. Planning Added $900 for postage, added $13,000 for contract services, deleted $1,250 for record management. I.B.2. Review of the 1981 -1982 ......Advanced Planning Program Advanced Planning Work approved as revised. Program I.B.3. Construction Regulation Accepted recommendation. There was a presentation by Dr. Hunt, President of American Trauma Society, of $100 to the City for the life- saving efforts of Acting Battalion Chief Erwin Willis.
