Mayor Billig adjourned the meeting to closed session to discuss personnel matter.
5:15 p.m. Council reconvened in regular session, Councilman Bond absent.
There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Billig adjourned
the meeting at 5:16 p.m. to Monday, July 27, 1981 at 12:10 p.m.
