Present: Bill Hanley, Interim Administrative Officer; Pamela
Voges, City Clerk
1. OATH OF OFFICE TO NEW COUNCILMEMBER
Pam Voges, City Clerk, gave the oath of office to Robert E. Griffin
who was appted to fill the vacancy created by the August 18, 1981,
resignation of former Councilmember .Alan Bond. Mr. Griffin's term
to expire December 1, 1983.
9:20 a.m. Mayor Billig declared a recess. 9:30 a.m. City Council
reconvened, all Councilmembers present.

Present: GlennaDeane Dovey, Ron Dunin, Robert Griffin, Allen
Settle, and Mayor Melanie C. Billig
Absent: None
Mayor Billig explained that the City Council would now go into Closed
Session to discuss Personnel Matters.
12:25 p.m. City Council reconvened in Regular Session. 12:30 p.m.
Mayor Billig adjourned the meeting to Monday, September 21, 1981, at
12:10 p.m.
