Settle and Mayor Melanie C. Billig
Absent: None
City Staff
Present: Paul Lanspery, Administrative Officer; George Thacher,
City Attorney; Ann Russell, Legal Assistant
12:10 p.m. City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss Litiga-
tion Matters.
12:50 p.m. City Council reconvened, all Councilmembers present.
On motion of Councilman Griffin, seconded by Councilman Settle, the
following resolution was introduced: Resolution No. 4719 (1982 Series), 1
a resolution of the Council of the City. of San Luis Obispo.to withdraw
City's application for annexation of certain streets.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Griffin, Settle, Dovey, Dunin and Mayor�Billig
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Billig adjourned the meeting at 1:10 p.m.
