1:00 p.m. City Council adjourned to closed session to discuss litigation
matter.
2:45 p.m. City Council reconvened, all Councilmembers present.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Billig adjourned the meeting to November 23, 1982, at 12:10 p.m.

12:05 p.m. City Council adjourned to closed session to discuss
litigation matter, all Councilmembers present.
1:15 p.m. City Council reconvened, all Councilmembers present.
On motion of Councilman Griffin, seconded by Councilwoman Dovey, the
following resolution was introduced: Resolution No. 4996 (1982 Series),
a resolution of the Council of the City of San Luis Obipso approving a
settlement agreement among the City, San Luis Transportation, Inc., Cal
Coast Charter, Inc., and the North Coastal Transit.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
