Present: GlennaDeane Dovey, Ron Dunin and Mayor Melanie C. Billig
Absent: Robert Griffin, and Allen K. Settle
City Staff
Present: Paul Lanspery, Administrative Officer; George Thacher,
City Attorney; Pamela Voges, City Clerk
12:35 p.m. City Council convened into closed session to discuss litigation,
Councilmembers Griffin and Settle absent.
12:50 p.m. City Council reconvened in regular session, Councilman
Griffin absent.
On motion of Councilman Dunin, seconded by Councilwoman Dovey, that
consideration of the resolution condemning property located at 861 Palm
Street (Shangai Low Restaurant) required for construction of city's
parking structure be continued to Tuesday, February 15, 1983. Motion
carried on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Dunin, Dovey, Settle and Mayor Billig
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Griffin
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Billig adjourned the meeting at 12:55 p.m. V
