12:10 p.m. City Council adjourned the Closed Session to discuss Person-
nel /Litigation Matters.
1:10 p.m. City Council reconvened, Councilman Griffin absent.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Billig adjourned the meeting to Tuesday, March 22, 1983 at 7:00 p.m.
