There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor

11:40 p.m. Mayor Billig called the meeting to order.
1. RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION - HENRY TONINI
On motion of Councilman Dunin, seconded by Councilwoman Dovey, the
following Resolution was introduced: Resolution of Appreciation No.
5200 (1983 Series), A resolution thanking Henry Tonini, Fire Engineer,
for his 34 years of service to the Fire Department.
11:45 p.m. City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss Personnel-
Litigation Matters.
12:25 p.m. City Council reconvened in Open Session, Councilmembers
Griffin and Settle absent.
2. ARCHEOLOGICAL RESOURCES - MUSTANG VILLAGE II PROJECT
Council discussed possible problems concerning archealogical resources'
on the Mustang Village II project located near Cal Poly. No action
taken.
12:45-p.m. City Council reconvened in Closed Session, Councilmembers
Griffin and Settle absent.
