12:15 p.m. City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss City Clerk/
City Administrative Officer /City Attorney mid -year reviews.
1:10 p.m. Councilman Settle left the meeting.
1:30 p.m. Mayor Billig declared a recess. 2:10 p.m. City Council
reconvened, all Councilmembers present.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Billig adjourned the meeting at 4:35 p.m. to Tuesday, February 12, 1985,
at 4:00 p.m. for computer orientation.
