12:28 p.m. City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss the City
Administrative Officer's mid -year review.
2:00 p.m. City Council reconvened in Open Session. Mayor Billig declared
a recess. 2:20 p.m. City Council reconvened, all Councilmembers present.
2:20 p.m. City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss the City
Attorney's mid -year review.
' 3:50 p.m. City Council reconvened in Open Session.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Billig adjourned the meeting at 3:50 p.m: to Tuesday, July 23, 1985, at
7:00 p.m.
