Councilman Griffin commented that it should be made clear that this
resolution was only additional detail information to the previous one that
the Council adopted at its last meeting.
C O M M U N I C A T I O N S
C -1 Council . agreed not to hold Council meeting for the purpose of
discussing Rent Review Board provisions as requested by Leola Rubottom.
It was suggested that staff prepare extra public notice for upcoming
review of Housing Element and Rent Review Board provisions (5 -0).
C -2 A revised travel schedule will be submitted for the League of
California Cities Employee Relations Institute trip scheduled later in
January.
12:20 p.m. Mayor Dunin adjourned the meeting to closed session to discuss
negotiations between the City and Mid -Coast Welding regarding the sale of
City -owned property at 642 Emily Street.
12:40 p.m. City Council reconvened in open session, all Councilmembers
present.
Communications continued.
C -3 Council asked staff to review State ballot propositions for the June
Primary in light of proposed submittal of City measures. The public to be
noticed of any future Council meeting regarding possible City ballot
measures (5 -0).
There
being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Dunin
adjourned the meeting at 12:45
