San Luis Creek Improvements (Marsh to Madonna); and 8. Other Capital Projects. At 1:30 p.m. City Council adjourned to field trip to view three sites: 1. Madonna Road /Laguna Lake Park; 2.. Los Osos Valley Road Interchange; and 3. Reservoir Canyon. COUNCIL HEARING ROOM, CITY HALL, 990 PALM STREET SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA STUDY SESSION ROLL CALL Councilmembers Present: GlennaDeane Dovey, Robert Griffin, Penny Rappa, Allen K. Settle and Ron Dunin Absent: None City Staff Present: Paul Lanspery, Administrative Officer; Roger Picquet, City Attorney; Pamela Voges, City Clerk; Toby Ross, Community Development Director; Steve Henderson, Assistant to the City Administrative Officer; Jeff Hook, Associate Planner ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. GROWTH MANAGEMENT (File #466) Council reviewed and considered the Growth Management Regulations (continued from 1- 15 -85). Toby Ross, Community Development Director, reviewed the agenda report with the recommendation that the Council review and consider the status report; schedule additional study sessions, or initiate amendments to the Growth Management ordinance, as appropriate. He stated that he would expect the Council to focus on finetuning of the ordinance, rather than making any major amendments. A reassessment of the various services that the City will be able to provide, such as water, sewer, etc. over the next 10 -15 years was not available at this time.
