At 1:30 p.m. City Council adjourned to field trip to view three sites:
1. Madonna Road /Laguna Lake Park;
2.. Los Osos Valley Road Interchange; and
3. Reservoir Canyon.
Field trip adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Dunin adjourned the meeting at 3:05 p.m. to Monday, March 3, 1986, at
12:00 noon to discuss Growth Managem

1. GROWTH MANAGEMENT (File #466)
Council reviewed and considered the Growth Management Regulations
(continued from 1- 15 -85).
Toby Ross, Community Development Director, reviewed the agenda report with
the recommendation that the Council review and consider the status report;
schedule additional study sessions, or initiate amendments to the Growth
Management ordinance, as appropriate. He stated that he would expect the
Council to focus on finetuning of the ordinance, rather than making any
major amendments. A reassessment of the various services that the City
will be able to provide, such as water, sewer, etc. over the next 10 -15
years was not available at this time.
