as recommended by staff including the addition of item A -C -11. The
following actions taken as.indicated:
C -1 COUNCIL MINUTES
Council minutes of Monday, November 17, 1986 - 4:30 p.m.; and Tuesday,
November 18. 1986 - 7:00 p.m. were approved as amended (4 -1, Dunin
absent).
C -2 CONTRACT PAY ESTIMATES
Contract pay estimates and change orders approved and ordered paid as
recommended (4 -1, Dunin absent).
