EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 27, 1988 = 5:35 P.M.

Councilmembers
Present: Peg Pinard, Vice -Mayor Penny Rappa (phone only),
Jerry Reiss, Allen K. Settle, and Mayor Ron Dunin
Absent: None
City Staff
Present: Roger Picquet, City Attorney
5:35 p.m, City Council convened, all Councilmembers present.
Ro er Picquet, City Attorney, explained that the purpose of this meeting
was to discuss the urgency matter of transportation of rocket fuels
through the City of San Luis Obispo. He stated this was being done
pursuant to the Brown Act.
5:55 p.m., there being no further business to come before the City
Council, Mayor Dunin adjourned the meeting to Thursday, January 28, 1988,
at 11:00 a.m. for an emergency meeting to f er discuss the issue.
