Tuesday. May 31. 1988 - 3:30 P.M.
At 5:20 p.m., City Council and members of the public returned to City
Hall. City Council held a short dinner break.
At 5:30 p.m.. Council adjourned to closed session to discuss the State
Water Quality Control Board Cleanup and Abatement Order *8889 and
Claim 980 -103; pending litigation regarding the Water Quality Control
Board complaint.
At 6:20 p.m., there being no further business to come before the City
Council, Mayor Dunin adjourned the meeting to Wednesday, June 1, 1988, at
4:00 p.m., at Discovery Inn.
