PC -1. Hank Alberts, of the American Civil Liberties Union, stated he
would like to receive any documentation Council used in their
deliberations and action taken on two issues: 1) changing the site
location from Mitchell Park to City Hall for the picking up and dropping
off of the homeless; and 2) the zoning amendment originally applied for by
Grace Church.
The City Clerk and City Attorney were directed to secure the requested
information for Mr. Alberts.

Council reports were received by each Councilmember with the exception of
D., Channel Counties, by Councilman Settle due to his absence.
Under I., Other, Council urged that staff apply for funding grant funds
for Proposition 70 monies, available by the Federal Government.
Upon general concensus, Councilwoman Rappa to replace Councilman Settle on
the subcommittee to review the Promotional Coordinating Committee
criteria.
Item .J.. The Waste Management Commission - Mike Dolder, Fire Chief,
reviewed the Hazardous Waste and Solid Waste Commission's and recent
meetings progress to date.
Councilman Rappa requested that next month a status report also be given
on the General Hospital Advisory Committee.
At 2:00 p.m., there being no further business to come before the City
Council, Mayor Dunin adjourned the meeting.
