Councilmembers gave a brief report on each committee that met during
the last month (for specific comments listen to tape no. 1).
Upon general consensus Council agreed in the future the report of activ-
ities by Council liaisons be the only item to be discussed at their study
session once a month (5 -0).
1:35 P.M. Councilman Settle left the meeting.

Review of revenue projections, format and policies for preparation for
the 1990/1991 financial plan (continued from 1/9/89). Due to the lateness
of the hour this item was continued to a date uncertain with no
discussion (4 -0 -1).
3. COUNCIL COMPENSATION
Continued review of the recommendations by the Council Compensation
Committee concerning adjustments to the Council Compensation Plan
(continued from 12/20/88). Due to the lateness of the hour this item
was continued to a date uncertain with no discussion (4 -0 -1).
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Dunin adjourned the meeting at 2:00 P.M.
