1989 -91 FINANCIAL PLAN
7:30 a.m., Council continued its discussion of the 1989 -91 Financial Plan
and reviewed the significant expenditures going through the budget
documents on a page by page basis, making suggested amendments or reaching
consensus (please see File No. 233 and the tapes for this meeting for
specific suggestions made by Councilmembers).
Council reviewed programs through C -35, of the Significant Expenditures
and Staffing Changes, and moved to continue this discussion to Monday, May
30, 1989, beginning at 1:30 p.m., in the Community Room at the City /County
Library.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor
Dunin adjourned the meeting at 12:00 noon. %

1. COUNCIL ANNUAL WORK PROGRAM (File No. 233)
Council continued its discussion of the 1989 -91 Financial Plan, beginning
with page C -35.
Council again reviewed individual significant expenditures and began its
review of the Capital Improvement Program. No specific actions were
taken, Council discussed each item, making suggestions or reaching
