At 6:00 p.m. City Council Adjourned to a closed session to discuss Personnel
Matters.
At 7:20 p.m. City Council reconvened in open session. Mayor Dunin residing, all
councilmembers present.

PUBLIC COMMENT
P.C. 1. Betty Nielson, 200 Ranchito Lane, expressed concerns that the People's
Kitchen have a facility in the downtown area rather than at Orcutt Road.
