PUBLIC COMMENT
P.C.I. Marcella Martin reviewed complaints she had with the Housing
Authority and the Senior Center. Both items referred to staff for follow -up.
P.C.2. Sherry Swenson suggested improvements to the public transit
system. Referred to staff for follow -up.
P.C.3. Leslie Bearce submitted letter into the record regarding financial
impacts of Council- adopted City policies.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Moved by Raova /Roalman (5 -0) the Consent Calendar was unanimously approved
with the exception of C -16 and C -17 as noted.

The following minutes were approved (5 -0) as amended:
Tuesday, September 18, 1990 at 7:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, October 2, 1990 at 7:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, September 25, 1990 at 7:00 p.m., and
Friday & Saturday, October 5 & 61 1990 (Cambria)
C -2 CONTRACT PAY ESTIMATES
Contract pay estimates and change orders approved (5 -0) and ordered paid as
recommended.
