Administrative Officer Ken.Hampian, City Attorney Jeff Jorgensen, City Clerk Pam Voges, Community Development Director Arnold Jonas, Finance Director Bill Statler, Acting Fire Chief Bob Neuman, Personnel Director Ann McPike, Police Chief Jim Gardiner, Public Works Director Dave Romero, Recreation Director Jim Stockton, and Utflfties Director Bill Hetland PRELIMINARY 1991 -93 FINANCIAL PLAN 12:10 p.m. City Council adjourned to study session to continue consideration of the Preliminary 1991 -93 Financial Plan (continued from 4/29/91 and 5113191). General discussion held and continued to Thursday; June 6, 1991. 2:00 p.m. City Council reconvened, all Councilmembers present.
