Moved by Roalman /Raooa to approve the Consent Calendar with the exception of C-5 and C -13 as
noted.
C-1 COUNCIL MINUTES
Moved by Roalman/Rappa, the following minutes were adopted (5-0).
Tuesday, October 6, 1992 at 7:00 P.M., and
Tuesday, October 20, 1992 at 7:00 P.M.
C-2 CONTRACT PAY ESTIMATES
Council considered contract pay estimates and change orders.
Moved by Roalman/Rapoa, to approve the contract pay estimates and change orders and order
payments (5-0).
C-3 FINAL PASSAGE - MOBILE HOME RENT STABILIZATION ORDINANCE (File No. 428)
Council considered giving final passage to an ordinance establishing control of rents upon the sale
of mobile homes located in parks subject to mobile home rent stabilization (continued from 10/20/92).
Mayor Dunin stepped down due to possible conflict of interest.
Moved by Roalman/Raooa, final passage was given to Ordinance No. 1226 (4 -0-1, Mayor Dunin not
participating).
C-4 REZONING - ORDINANCE CORRECTION (File No. 463)
Council considered giving final passage to an ordinance replacing Ordinance No. 1175 (1990 Series)
with a revised map reflecting the City Council's action to rezone a portion of a one -third acre site on
the southwest comer of Dana and Nipomo Streets from medium -high density residential (R -3-H) to
central - commercial (C- C-H -S) (continued from 10/20/92).
Moved by Roalman/RaRDa, final passage was given to Ordinance No. 1227 (5-0).
