ROLL CALL:
Council Members
Present: Council Member Penny Rappa, Dave Romero, Allen K. Settle,
Vice -Mayor Bill Roalman, and Mayor Peg Pinard
Absent: None
1. Council held closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 concerning
Employee Negotiations.
2. Council held a dosed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning the
status Real Property Negotiations concerning property located at 1144 Monterey Street. The person
with whom the City has been negotiating is Dennis Ahem.
After discussion, Council authorized additional negotiations concerning 1144 Monterey Street.
11:30 AM there being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Pinard adjourned
the meeting to Tuesday, November 30, 1993 at 7:00 P.M.�/�
