City Attorney Jorgensen reported that Council authorized continued negotiations on the two closed
session items.
10:10 A.M. Mayor Settle adjourned to Tuesday, October 7,1997, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber,
990 Palm Street.

Agency Negotiators: K. Hampian, W. George
7:00 P.M. Mayor Settle declared a recess to convene in open session in the Council Chamber, where
a public report of the action taken in closed session was to be given.
