PUBLIC COMMENT

BUSINESS ITEM
1. RESOLUTION DECLARING ELECTION RESULTS.
ACTION: Moved by Ewan/Marx to adopt Resolution No. 9134 declaring the results of
the General Municipal Election held Tuesday, November 7, 2000; motion carried 5:0.
PRESENTATIONS
2. PRESENTATIONS TO OUTGOING COUNCIL MEMBER DAVE ROMERO.
Mayor Settle presented a plaque and a proclamation to Council Member Romero. Council
Member Romero provided panting comments.
Mayor Settle recognized Council Member Schwartz for serving as Vice Mayor.

3. OATHS OF OFFICE TO MAYOR -ELECT AND COUNCIL MEMBERS - ELECT. '
City Clerk Price administered the Oaths of Office and presented the Certificates of Election
to Mayor Settle and Council Members Schwartz and Mulholland.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Ma or adjourned the
meeting at 12:20 p.m. to Tuesday, December 5, 2000 at 7:00 -p.m. in the oun I Chamber, 990
