2003 -2005 FINANCIAL PLAN COMMUNITY FORUM
CAO Hampian provided the overview of the goal- setting and budget process, current goals and
fiscal outlook for 2003 -05. Facilitator Maruska explained the interactive process designed for the
forum. Citizens and staff participated in group discussions regarding potential City goals and
measures to achieve those goals. In addition, the groups developed ideas for balancing the City
budget. The feedback from the Community Forum is summarized in Section 5 of the 2003 -05
Financial Plan Goal Setting Workshops binder, on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Romero adjourned the
meeting at 9:45 p.m to Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 990 Palm
Street, San Luis Obispo.
