Mayor Romero called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. There were no comments from the
public. City Clerk Price provided the Closed Session announcement, as follows:

At 4:16 p.m., the Council adjourned to Closed Session.
At approximately 6:15 p.m. the Closed Session adjourned.
