PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
Mayor Romero called the meeting to order at 3:00 a.m. City Clerk Price provided the Closed Session
announcement, as follows:

Agency Negotiator: Bill Avery
At 3:01 p.m., the Council adjourned to Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
At 3:55 p.m., the Council reconvened in Open Session.
City Clerk Price provided the Closed Session announcement as follows:
The Council conducted the Closed Session and gave direction to the agency negotiator to continue
background check and negotiations with the top candidate.
There being no further business to come before the City Cou cil, Ma r Rom o djoumed the meeting
at 3:56 p.m. to Tuesday, April 15, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. in the Co cil Ch _ er, 9 0 Im Street; San Luis
Obispo.
