Mayor Romero announced the following Closed Session Conferences, following
which Council adjourned to the Closed Session:

Following the Closed Session, City Attorney Lowell reported that Council met and
discussed pending litigation. There was no further reportable action at this time.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Romero
adjourned the meeting at 5:49 p.% .
