WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11, 2008 —12:00 P.M.

ROLL CALL:
Council Members
Present: Council Members Andrew Carter, Christine Mulholland, Allen
K. Settle, and Mayor Dave Romero were seated at Roll Call.
Vice Mayor Paul Brown was seated at 12:17 p.m.
City Staff:
Present: Ken Hampian, City Administrative Officer; Jonathan Lowell,
City Attorney; Audrey Hooper, City Clerk; Shelly Stanwyck,
Assistant City Administrative Officer
PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEM
No comments were forthcoming.
City Attorney Lowell announced the following Closed Session Conference,
following which Council adjourned to the Closed Session:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — Existing Litigation
Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9
Case Name: In the Matter of Interest Arbitration between San Luis Obispo
Police Officers Association and the City of San Luis Obispo
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Lowell that Council met in Closed Session to discuss existing
litigation as indicated above. There is was reportable action.
The Special Meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
