ROLL CALL:
Council Members
Present: Council Members John Ashbaugh, Jan Howell Marx, Allen K. Settle,
Vice Mayor Andrew Carter, and Mayor Dave Romero
Absent: None
City Staff Present: Monica Irons, Human Resources Director; Sue Chippendale,
Deputy City Clerk, were present for the Call to Order, Roll Call, Announcement of
the Closed Session Topic, and Public Comment period.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC
PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
Pursuant to Government Code § 54957
Title: City Attorney
PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Romero called for public comments. None were forthcoming and the
meeting adjourned to the Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Mayor Romero reported that the Closed Session was held as indicated. No
reportable action was taken.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Romero
adjourned the meeting at approximately 1:45 p.m.
