CALL TO ORDER: TBID Chair Nipool Patel & PCC Chair Jill LeMieux
PRESENT: TBID Commissioners: Patel, Hutton, Walker, Wilkins, Conner, Adams, Pearce PCC Commissioners: Franciskovich, Palazzo, Pearce, LeMieux, Rizzo
STAFF PRESENT: Molly Cano, Tourism Manager Meeting called to order at 5:03 pm
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. 2014-15 EVENT PROMOTION FUNDING
The TBID & PCC met with the applicants to review and award the funding allocations for the 2014-
15 Event Promotions program.
PCC ACTION: Moved by LeMieux /Rizzo to award funding for Mud Mash at $6900.
Motion carried 4:0:1
Abstention: Pearce
PCC ACTION: Moved by Rizzo/ LeMieux to award funding for Cal Poly Open House at $2500.
Motion carried 4:0:1
Abstention: Palazzo
TBID ACTION: Moved by Conner/ Hutton to award funding for Cal Poly Open House at $2500.

PCC ACTION: Moved by LeMieux /Franciskovich to award funding for SLO Marathon at $10,000.
