ORDINANCE NO. 1007 (1984 Series)
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO REPEALING SECTION 4815 OF THE SAN LUIS
OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MOBILEHOME PARK
RENT STABILIZATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4815 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code relating
to mobilehome park rent stabilization is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three (3) days prior to its final passage in
the Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and
the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days after its
said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a meeting held on the 6th day of March , 1984, on motion
of Councilwoman Dovey , seconded by Councilman Settle , and on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Dovey, Settle, Dunin, Griffin and Mayor Billig
NOES: None`
