ORDINANCE NO. 1017 (1984 Series)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO REPEALING SECTIONS 5.28.010 THROUGH
5.28.140 OF THE SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO BUSINESS FIRE AND CLOSING OUT SALES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
SECTION 1. Sections 5.28.010 through 5.28.140 of the San Luis Obispo
Municipal Code hereby are repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three (3) days prior to its final passage
in the Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City,
and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days
after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Lus
Obispo at a meeting held on the 17th day of July , 1984, on motion of
Councilman Griffin , seconded by Councilman Dunin , and on
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Griffin, Dunin and Mayor Billig
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers Dovey and Settle
