BE IT ORDAIN IM by the Council of the City of Sari Luis Obispo:
SECTION 1, It Is the intentim of the City of Sari Luis Obispo
to abandon portions of Tumor Street and Stafford Street and to vacate
Champlin lin Street between Fredericks Street and Stafford Street, to vacate;
ten feet on each side of Turner Street from Fredericics Street to Stafford
Street leaving full u- .ce.,th at the end of Turner for a turn - around and to
vacate ten feed on each side of Stafford Street between Motley Street and
Turner Street leaving fUl width at the end of Stafford Street for a
turn- around,o and to abandon Champlin Street between Fredericka Street
and Stafford Street. References is hereby made to a :nap which is on file;
in the office of the City Clerk to wbich 41 persom can refer for flather
particulars.
SECTION L 411 persons interested in or objea4ing to the pro.
posed vacation are hereby notified to appear at the City Courwil meeting
on October 17, 1955, at 8 :00 p,m,,, at the City HaUq City of Sari Luis Obf.spo.
