AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 ORDINANCE No.'
92 (New Series).
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows;
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 92 (New Series)
entitled, "An Ordinance Regulating the Parking of Vehicles on the
Streets of the City of San Luis Obispo" is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 2. BUSINESS DISTRICT. No operator of any vehicle
shall leave standing or permit to be left standing such vehicle on
Monterey Street between Osos, and Chorro Streets, on Morro Street
between Monterey and Marsh Streets, on Chorro Street between
Monterey and harsh Streets, on Garden Street between Higuera and
Marsh Streets, on Higuera Street between Morro and Nipomo Streets,
except when such vehicle is parallel with the curb line and entirely
within lines designating parking spaces, provided that an operator
of a vehicle may stop such vehicle on such streets parallel to the
curb and as near the curb as possible for such time, and only such
time, as is required to load or discharge passengers.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ;Ayes and
Does shall be published for two days in. the Morning Tribune, a
newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of San Luis
Obispo.
