Be it:ordained.by the Council of the City of San Luis- Obispo as follows: SECT-ION 1. There is., hereby levied upon all taxable real and personal property within the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis7 Obispo, State of California, a tax for the fiscal year of said City beginning on the lat. day of July, 1926, and- now current-, of $_1.42 on each one hundred dollars in value of said p roperty for the- purposes; , herein specified and apportioned among the funds, in the City Treasury as f ollov"Is: (a) For the General- Fund- there is levied a tax of tip 0,85 on each one hundred dollars. in value of said:property; (b) For the Sewer. Improvement Bond Fund. of 1899, there is levied a tax of � L_j�n each one hundred dollars in value of said property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and maturing bonds of said issue; (c) For the "Water Bond Tax and Redemption Account" there is levied a tax of •065 on each one hundred dollars in value of said property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and principal t-o be paid of a certain municipal, indebtedness of said City evidenced by i-ts- bonds issued and dated the first day of December, 1899; (d) For the Improvement Bond Fund of 1909 there is, levied a, taz-, of sa .19 on each one. hundred- dollars- in value.. of said -property, t.o be used in paying the accruing interest and the maturing bonds of the is-sue made and dated July 1, 1909; (e) For the, Sewer Extension Bond Fund- of 1-917 there is- levied a tax of'$ -015 on each one hundred dollars in value, of said property, to be-used in paying the accruing interest and maturing bonds. of said issue.evidenced by the bonds of said City dated June- lat., 7917; (f) For the. SECTION 2.. All ordinances and parts of ordinances- in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SE.CTIOI\T 3 The City Clerk is hereby directed t.o publish this. ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, for five days before its final passage, in the Morning Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in said City of San Luis Obispo, and the same shall take. effect from and after its final passage.
