NO. 122 (NEW SERIES)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,,
as f oll.ows::
SECTION 1. Section 2. of Ordinance No. 1.22: (New Series)
entitled "An Ordinance regulating traffic upon and the parking of
vehicles on the public streets in the City of San Luis Obispo" is here-
by amended by adding a new clause to said Section to be lettered "g "'
and to read as follows: : —
(g) In any public alley except for such time only as may be
necessary to load or unload merchandise. or materials.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance together with the ayes -and noes,
shall be published for two (2) days before its final passage, in the
San Luis Obispo Daily Telegram, a daily newspaper printed, published
and circulated in the said City..
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 7th day of January.
