HomeMy WebLinkAbout0133NA l� ORDINANCE NO. 133 (New Series) AN ORDINANCE REVOKING TIE., PERI^IT GRANTED TO TIE BO A.RD OF 3UPSRVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO TO USE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF MONTEREY STREET, A CERTAIN PORTION OF CHORRO STREET A.ND A CERTAIN PORTIO-1 OF HIGUERA STREET, AND RE- P13ALING ORDINANCE NO.77 (IM9 SERIES) . 40 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo, as follows: SECTION 1. The permit heretofore granted to the Board of Supervisors of the County o -f San Luis Obispo, to use certain portions of 1'onterey, Chorro and Higuera Streets in said City of San Luis Obispo as more fully described in Ordinance No. 77 (New Series) of said City, is hereby revoked: -. SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 77 (Neva Series) entitled "An ordinance transferring certain parts of certain streets.in the City of San Luis Obispo, to the County of San Luis Obispo for certain purposes" is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this ordinance together with the ayes and noes, for two days before its final passage in the San Luis Obispo Daily Telegram, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of San Luis Obispo. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this ordinance, together with the ayes and noes; for two days before its final passage, in the San Luis Obispo Daily Telegram,* a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in said City of San Luis Obispo.
