SECTION.' 1. A special municipal election is hereby called and
the proposition of incurring a debt and bonding said City in the aniounts
and for the purposes hereinafter set forth is submitted and at said
election -rill be submitted to the qualified electors of said City,
SEC`1`'ION 2. The objects . and purposes 'for which said indebted-
ness is proposed to be incur.re�d, and the estimated cost of the proposed
acquisitionsand improvements, are as follows, to --wit:
(1� The acquisition and construction of an ILg,itator, water
pump, distributing; mains G_nd other additions to the sewage disposal plant
and the q.ity Farm of said City, all to be used in providing said City
with an efficient sewage disposal plant, the estimated cost thereof being
a 15,000.00; and the ea.tension of the present sewage system of said City
by the acquisition and construction of sanitary sewers within said City,.
including the following:
