BE IT ORDAIi'" -;D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
as follows s
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 122 (Neva Series) of the City of San
Luis Obispo, entitled ".gin Ordinance. Regulating Traffic Upon and the
Parking of Vehicles on the Public Streets of the City of Sean Luis Obispo"
is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section to be numbered 24 -g and
to read as follows:
Section 241. The operator of a vehicle shall not turn such
vehicle in a complete circle or operate such vehicle so as to proceed in
tree o1Dposite direction by making a "U" turn, at any intersection desig-
noted by ,.jesoluti.on of the City Council.
The City Council is hereby authorized to designate by Resolu-
tion, those intersections at crnich the provisions of this Section shal.l
apply, and may likewise, by Resolution; rescind such designation.
Signs shall be erected and_ maintained, designating the pro-
visions of this Section et all intersections vfhere such turns are
iorohibited.
SEC,2IOI\T 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes,
shall be published for two days before its final passage, in the "Daily
Telegrom ", a daily newspaper Drinted, published and circulated in said
City.
