BE Il ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as follows:
Section 1. That the public necessity requires that the real
property hereinafter described, be acquired and purchased by the City
of San Luis Obispo.
Section 2.. The Commissioner of Supplies is hereby authorized
to purchase said property for and on behalf of said City, for the
sum of 6701..00, and a wa.rromt, drawn on the general fund of said City,
is hereby directed to be issued in payment for said property.
Section 3. Said real property is described as follows:
Lot No. 3 in Block No. 10 of the Central
Addition to the City of Son Luis Obispo
as laid down and designated upon the map
of said addition filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Luis Obispo, July 27th, 18 24, to
which map reference is hereby grade.
Section A. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes
shall be published for two (2) days before its final passage, in the
Daily Telegram, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated
in the City of San Luis Obispo..
Introduced and passed to print this 7th day of April,
1930, by the following vote:•
