Ordinance No ( New Serids)
An Ordinance to fix and establish the official grade of the
Northerly curb line of Monterey Street between Broad and Nipomo
Streetz.
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
Section 1. The official grade of the Northerly curb line
of Monterey Street between Broad and Nipomo Streets in the City of
San Luis Obispo is hereby fixed and established as follows: -
Commeneing at a point distant S. 5311-7' w. 396,15 feet from
the 1krest Curb Corner of Monterey and Broad Streets; the elevation
of said point shall be 49.84 feet. Thence S. 53 °- 7' 17. along the
Northerly Curb line of Monterey Street;
At 53.85 feet the elevation shall be 47.80 feet;
At 103.85 feet " " " " 45.31 f_8et;
At 153.85 feet " " " " 42.82 feet;
At 177.45 feet " It It " 41.65 feet; ( This last men -
tiondd point, distant S. 5311- 71 "J. 573.60 feet from the West Curb
Corner of Monterey and Broad Streets, is the point of beginning of
a curb of a radius of 82.70 feet to the right.) Thence along the
line of a curve of 82.70 feet radius; at 10 feet to the point of
beginning of a curve of 45.4 feet radius to the right, the elevation
shall be 41.31 feet; Thence along the line of a curve of a radius
of 45.40 feet to the ri ght- ;
At 10 feet the elevation shall be 40.97 feet;
