ORDINANCE NO. 163 (1960 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING FIRE ZONZ NAP
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION to That Section 314041 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code
shall be and is hereby amended to rezone the property hereinafter described
from fire zone 2 to fire zone 30
SECTION 2, Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Loris Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:
Beginning at the NZ1y corner of Lot 4,, Block 32, in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
California, thence 9,530 39' E. along a line 150' rawly
of and parallel to the KWly lltce Q Palm Street to the
Wly line of Pepper Street; thence Sd 360 22' %, along
the idly lane of Pepper Street, a distance of 210 feet
to the SKY corner Of the intersection of Palm Street
mad Pepper Street; thence S. 53° 381 W., along the Sly
line of PaLm Street to a point on the prolongation of
the lime comm= to lots 4 and 5, Flock 32, in the City
of Sass Luis Obispo; thence H. 36° 221 W. along said line,
a distance of 2101 to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3, That the fire zone map shall be amended to show said change
in zone.
SECTIOR 4, This ordinance, together with the Ayes and noes$ shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the
Telegram-Tribunal a newspaper published and circulated in said city, and the
saute shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final
passage.
