SECTION 1e That subsection (a) and (b) of Section 5200.6 of the San
Luis Obispo Winicipal Code, shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
(a� HOUSEHOLDS a For the service of collecting all refuse,, garbage, vet
garbage or rubbish ordinarily produced in and about the household, but not
including dead animals, or the refuse from the ccwstruction., demolition or
alteration of buildingo the following rates per nth are established:
35 gallons or less
