L. Garrett property between Johnson Avenue and the realignment of Munoz Street, a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Breck Tract; said property being acquired by Mr. Garrett from the City by trade for Johnson Avenue underpass widening; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Luis Obispo has considered the -request of Mr. Garnett to abandon a portion of Munoz Street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT iMuLVE , that in the opinion of the Pl.ar,.:;i rZ Cxmission this portion of the -city street nerves no useful purpose and will not serve a useful purpose in the foreseeable future; and further, that the Planning Commission recommends that the City Council abandon that portion of Mtlroz Street crossing the F. L.,Garrett property between Johnson Avenue and the reali gnrnent of Mlunoz Street in accordance with the map attached.
