A HESJLUTION RECOMI -I DING ABANDONMENT
OF A POTIUN OF PARK STREET
VeHERViS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Luis Obispo has been
recruested by the City Council to consider the abandonment of that portion
of Park Street which lies between Fredericks and McCollum Streets; and
WHEREAS., the Planning Commission of the City of San Luis Obispo has con -
sidered this request by Richard K. Bowler, Florence M. Bowler, Patricia
B. F4--Namara, F. E. McNamara, Harry J. Albert, Amelia S. Albert, Solomon
Brownstein and Leila Brownstein;
PLOW, THEii.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in the opinion of the Planning Com-
mission this portion of the city street serves no useful purpose and will
not serve a useful purpose in the foreseeable future; and further,, that
the Planning Commission recommends that the City Council abandon that
portion of Park Street which lies between Fredericks and McCollum Streets,
with the condition that necessary easements be retained by the city, in
accordance with the map attached.
