ORDINANCE N0. 18q _(New Series)
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING GRADES ON GRAND AVENUE
BETWEEN PALM STREET AND MURRAY STREET IN THE CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The official grade of the curb lines of Grand
Avenue, between Palm Street and Murray Street, at the points herein-
after indicated, in feet and decimals of a foot above City Datum Plane,
is hereby fixed and established as follows:
Grand Avenue, Westerly Curb Line
At the Southwest curb corner of Grand Ave. and Mill Street
At 150 ft. Southerly from said curb corner
At 200 ft. Southerly from said curb corner
At 250 ft. Southerly from said curb corner
At the Northwest curb corner of Grand Ave. and Mill Street
At 250 ft. Northerly from said curb corner
At 300 ft. Northerly from said curb corner
At 318.17 ft, Northerly from said curb corner and at the
horizontal angle in said curb line
At 350 ft. Northerly-from said curb corner
At 400 ft. Northerly from said curb corner
At the Southwest curb corner of Grand Ave. and Murray Street
At the Northwest curb corner of Grand Ave. and Murray Street
G and , nnua, Easterly Curb Line
At the intersection of the Easterly curb line of Grand Ave.
with the Southerly curb line of Mill St., produced
At 150 ft. Southerly from said intersection
At 200 ft. Southerly from said intersection
At 250 ft. Southerly from said intersection
At the intersection of the Easterly curb line of Grand Ave.
with the Northerly curb line of Mill St., produced
At 250 ft. Northerly from said last mentioned intersection
At 293.12 ft. Northerly from said last mentioned intersection
and at the horizontal angle in said curb line
At the Southeast curb corner of Grand Avenue and Murray
Street
At the Northeast curb corner of Grand Avenue and Murray
Street
At the intersection of the Easterly curb line of Grand Avenue
with the northerly curb line of Murray Street, produced

SECTION 2. The elevation of the curbs between points of
elevation fixed and established by this ordinance, is to be determined
and is hereby fixed by drawing a straight line between adjacent points
of elevation on the same side of the Street.

SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and Noes
shall be published for two days before its final passage in the "Daily
Telegram ", a. daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in said
City.
