ORDINANCE NO. 203 .(New Series)
MT ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE CARE MID EXPEND-
iTURE OF MONIES RECEIVED FROG ±I THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 5,
CHAPTER 1, DIVISION I OF TNF STREETS AFD HIGH -
WAYS CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obi_ °no as follows:
SECTION 1. To comply i�,ith the provisions of Article 5 of
Chapter _l of Division I of the Streets and Highways Code; there is
berersr created in the city treasury of the City of San Luis Obispo a
sneci_a.l fund to be knot57r. as the "Special Gas Tax Street Im-orovement
Fund 1i
SECTION 2. All monies received by the Citv of San Luis
Obisno from the State of California Under the provisions of the
Streets and Highways Code for the accuisition of real property or
interests therein or the construction., maintenance or improvement
of streets or highways other than State hi g:hra.7rs shall be na id. into
said fund.
SECTION 3. All monies in said fund shall be exner.ded ex-
cl_v.sively for the purnoses authorized by, and subject to all of the
provisions of Article 5, Chanter 1, Division I of the Streets and
u, Qrt T�rS Code.
SECTION 4. This ordinance, together r ,,i_th the a.zres and
roes shall be published for taro days before its final na.ssage i_n the
Telegram-- Tr-i.bur.e, a daily nei�Tspaner printed, published �rd ci rcilla.ted
said Citir, and the same shall take effect and be in force thirty
days after its final passage and adoption.
