ANT ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 162 (NEW
SERIES)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Coraicil of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 162 (Nett Series) entitled 111m
Ordinance Defining the Term "Oleomargaine, f, and Requiri - g Persons,
firms, � .nd Corporations Selling or Exchanging, Offering for Sale or
Exchange., or Having in Possession with Intent to Sell or Exchange,
Oleomargaine, to Obtain a License Authorizing Taem to Do So and to
Pay a License Fee; and Provid_i,a.g a Penalty for the violation of this
Ordinanceh, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and
noes shall be published for tyro days before its final passage in
t'ne Telegr m -Tri btuze, a. daily net ,,,spaper printed, published and cir-
culated in said City and shall take effect thirty days after its
final adoption.
